KenBrodzinskiBioPicKen grew up making short films in Arizona.  His first professional work came shooting and editing film and video sequences for Phoenix Performing Arts Theater’s production of My One and Only and Mill Avenue Theater’s “Don’t Crush That Dwarf!” –  A Firesign Theater Revue.  He was also second unit DP on Oblivion, a regional nominee for Best Dramatic Film at the 1992 Student Academy Awards.

While living in Los Angeles, Ken wrote several screenplays and co-created The Money $hot, a short-form Web series that garnered praise from CNET Radio, Yahoo! Internet Life, The Village Voice, and The New York Times Magazine, among others.  The Money $hot was also nominated for Best Picture at the 3rd Annual Pixie Awards, which honored achievement in online and broadband motion picture production.

Since returning to Arizona, Ken has worked with creators Douglas Harms, Joe D’Leon, and Paul Morelli to further develop their sitcom, Gated Community, which is ready to shoot as a pilot.  He is currently working on an updated version of The Money $hot, and as an associate producer on the forthcoming Steampunk Western short, Cowboys & Engines, starring Richard Hatch, Walter Koenig, and Malcolm McDowell.
